Hi. I’m Fergus McGinley, Adelaide writer, teacher, lay preacher, parent, grandparent – well and truly old enough to know better!
My work is all about bringing a new, evolutionary perspective to bear on the grand old themes of religion: individual and cultural transformation (Metanoia), providence, grace, faith, Gospel, Kingdom. Starting out by accepting that the old creator God of historical religion no longer exists, I go looking for evidence of a new God, a real one who does – and who might be of use to us in these chaotic, anxious times in which we now live.
